Pacific Air Technology, a division of Bay Advanced Technologies, is dedicated to the design, assembly, and distribution of air, vacuum, and electronic  automation and motion components. We specialize in the complete integration of pressure or vacuum systems, as well as auxiliary pneumatic components.


Founded in 1989, Pacific Air Technology started with a simple plan. Listen to our customers needs, provide value added solutions to those needs, and deliver those solutions on time, every time. This simple idea continues to be our credo today.

We will work with you from product inception, to final production. Design and Engineering
We work with our customers through all stages of the manufacturing process, including concept and design. BayAT leverages our application and design experience in the integration of motion, fluid control, electronic and pneumatic automation. This experience spans over 40 years and over 10,000 applications.  Using the latest releases of tools such as Solidworks and Inventor, we can generate state of the art designs and prototypes quickly during your demanding development cycle.



Frame and Sheet Metal Fabrication


Since 1989, our Fabricated Materials Division has been providing diversified manufacturing solutions for our OEM customers. We supply the medical equipment, electronics instrumentation, semiconductor, telecommunications, and commercial industries with precision CNC machining, welded frames, welded tube assemblies and sheet metal fabrication. From quick-turn prototypes to volume manufacturing, our ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485 certified Fabricated Materials Division continues to be recognized as an industry leader for cost competitiveness, on-time delivery performance and quality fabrication. We are a high mix factory with the agility to move fast on your prototype and production requirements.
