As space savings becomes increasingly important, compact style cylinders continue to grow in popularity.
Compact cylinders function in the same manner as basic cylinders with both single and double acting,
single or double rod, and non-rotating models. However, compact cylinders minimize
space requirements by allowing for precise, direct mounting in the least amount of time
possible. Due to their smaller size, they are very often lighter in weight and less expensive than their
conventional counterparts.
